The Bistrot Murmure is much more than just a restaurant:
This is an invitation to enjoy authentic moments throughout the day.
Open continuously, Stéphane and his team welcome you in the morning for a gourmet breakfast, at noon for a tasty lunch, in the afternoon for a friendly coffee break, and in the evening for a dinner with friends or family.
UX: quick access to information to encourage reservation
Each interaction was conceived as a moment in its own right — simple, fluid, almost instinctive. We enter the site as we push the restaurant door: effortlessly, with the desire to be guided.
Find the menu, check the wine list, book a table for two or ten… everything is done naturally, without having to look.
Nothing is left to chance: every navigation detail was designed to reflect the warm welcome of the Bistrot Murmure and extend the experience to the smallest clicks.
IU: immerse the user in the atmosphere of the Bistrot Murmure from the first second
The objective: to translate into an image what one feels by pushing the door of the Bistrot. We have designed a design that is both sleek and warm, where every detail — soft typography, natural palette, luminous visuals — reflects the authenticity of the place.
The photos are not there to decorate: they tell a story, that of a generous kitchen, of a welcoming room, of a shared moment.
The interface extends the restaurant atmosphere, so that the experience starts well before being at the table.
Visibility, performance and consistency on all channels
An effective website is also a well-managed site. By integrating Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console, we have put in place an end-to-end monitoring of performance: the most viewed pages, visitor behaviour, search requests… everything is analyzed to make the site evolve in the right direction, at the right time.
But our accompaniment does not stop there. To bring the universe of the Bistrot Murmure beyond the site, we also worked on their presence on social networks: careful visuals, coherent editorial line, engaging publications… The objective? Create a fluid and aligned experience, regardless of the channel used by customers.
