Introducing Cash Bigot
From production to consumer
Belonging to the Bigot Fleurs group, Cash Bigot is a site dedicated to the online sale of flower bunches for florists, mass distribution professionals, or flower merchants, for 3 generations now. From production to consumer, the Bigot Fleurs group controls the entire supply chain to offer incomparable freshness on its products and very attractive prices to all professionals.
The flower bunches are composed of the most beautiful roses grown on their Bigot Flowers farm in Kenya. The group also chose to solidify its commitment to the Kenyan population by becoming Fair Trade, Max Havelaar certified since June 2008.
But let us still remember that the majority of the production comes from their farm in the Sarthe region where they produce, package, and harvest lily of the valley, tulips, and peonies for shipping all over France. These notably benefit from the Fleurs de France label thanks to their exceptional quality.
We are full of admiration for the brand’s commitment and dedication to fairer trade.


The challenge
As part of the development of their digital strategy, the Bigot Fleurs group called on us for the redesign of their B2B site: cash-bigot.fr. The objectives were the following:
- Facilitate order management
- Connect Cash Bigot’s ERP to the site
- Manage and optimize delivery times with the cut-off time
A new challenge for the DBM team !

The Strong Axes of the Solution
We exploited the power of Magento 2 for B2B and created a site adapted to the new purchasing habits of professional clients.
To facilitate order management, “Client Groups” were implemented so that Cash Bigot could segment each client typology according to their sector of activity, their purchase frequency… Thus, the brand can offer personalized promotions or discounts for a particular group, especially to the most loyal clients.
We also connected Cash Bigot’s ERP to their website to allow more efficient management of their activity: automatic synchronization of stocks, orders, client data, delivery information…
One of the priorities for the DBM team was to set up a simple and fast delivery process to guarantee quality flowers and meet client needs.
From the Magento 2 back-office, we were able to define a daily preparation cut-off time, beyond which orders placed are prepared the next day. On Cash-Bigot.fr, it is necessary to order before 4 PM to receive the order the next day. A countdown was added to inform clients of the remaining time.
