No need to go far for this change of scenery. It is rather about taking the time, discovering landscapes at a different pace, truly meeting people and places, and reconnecting with oneself, one’s body, and the surrounding nature.
This concept was born in the minds of a team of nature lovers and sports enthusiasts from the Massif Central: creating a new mode of tourism that is both responsible and fun around traditional means of transportation such as walking, running, cycling, skiing, or snowshoeing.
Suffice to say, the DBM Team thinks the idea is brilliant. And we are not the only ones. The adventure, which started with excursions in Auvergne and Lozère, is appealing and is now exporting internationally. More than 500 stays in France, Europe, and the islands are offered online.
The challenge
DBM supports Chamina in its digital strategy. For its site, the nature travel agency had the following objectives:

- From a technical point of view, connect with numerous service APIs

The Strong Axes of the Solution
The great idea we worked on to enhance the experience of our future adventurers and facilitate their navigation on the site was to offer them multiple paths to reach the stay of their dreams. This involves an access menu offering various entry points such as destination, activities, and travel terms. And it also involves a well-designed search engine immediately available on the homepage.
For immersion and the invitation to wander, magnificent panoramas are given pride of place.
For the technical realization, we opted without hesitation for the Drupal solution, which is ultra-reliable, functionally powerful, and above all, conducive to custom developments.
Ultimately, we are happy with the result (the client too): a well-found balance between user-friendliness, efficiency, and the magic of the landscapes.
