L’École Supérieure de la Banque (ESBanque) is the school that trains tomorrow’s talents in the banking sector. Since its creation, the objective has been simple: to offer training adapted to the needs of sector professionals and help them evolve in an ever-changing environment.
Whether you are a student, an employee retraining, or a professional looking for new skills, ESBanque offers varied and practical training for every profile. The programs are designed to combine theory and practice, with trainers from the banking sector who share their field experience. That’s what makes the difference!
Recognized as a certifying body, ESBanque issues professional certifications attesting to specific skills in the banking and insurance sector. Most of their diplomas are registered in the National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP), thus guaranteeing their value in the job market. Among them, the ITB (Institut Technique de Banque – Technical Institute of Banking), a benchmark diploma created by ESBanque, is particularly recognized for training professionals in the technical and managerial challenges of the banking sector.


Our Approach
Our teams worked in close collaboration with the ESBanque teams to meet the following challenges:
- Organize collaborative workshops to identify the needs and expectations of different users (learners, trainers, banking sector professionals, etc.).
- Structure a clear hierarchy to ensure quick and easy access to essential information.
- Redesign the user experience by creating personalized journeys based on the user’s profile.
- Maximize lead retrieval by optimizing the user journey and integrating a training program download form.
- Digitize registrations thanks to a simplified multi-step form to streamline the process, reduce abandonment, and improve the user experience.
These new challenges allowed us to design a more powerful site, centered on user needs, with a particular focus on personalization and fluid journeys.

Key Axes of the Solution
We chose Drupal for its robustness and flexibility, allowing ESBanque’s teams to manage the site autonomously. Custom modules facilitate the management of training, registrations, and educational resources, offering optimal content personalization. In short, a solution that ticks all the boxes !
Connection to internal IT systems was a key issue of the project, an area where Drupal excels. Thanks to its advanced API management, we seamlessly integrated existing tools, ensuring optimal data synchronization.
The user experience (UX) was at the heart of our reflection. We completely redesigned the site architecture to offer fluid, intuitive, and pleasant navigation (because we know that a clear site changes everything !). To achieve this, we organized several collaborative workshops (warm-up, role-playing, workshop, prioritization, card sorting, perfection game, etc.) and conducted user surveys. These exchanges allowed us to better understand their needs, refine the design, and ensure that every feature perfectly meets their expectations.

Advanced Features
Whether you are a learner, trainer, or professional in the banking sector, the site is designed to make every click count. With a well-structured and detailed menu, everyone quickly finds what they are looking for: training, educational resources, or even news.
We didn’t stop there. To go even further, we added advanced features such as engagement sequences allowing for personalization of user journeys. Now, the site offers content recommendations that perfectly match everyone’s needs, thus strengthening engagement and the relevance of interactions. Yes, it’s custom-made.

Lead Optimization
Registration procedures? Custom-designed for each user, so that everything goes smoothly. CPF (Professional Training Account) registrations are done directly on the governmental site, but for ESBanque, it was essential to track these qualified leads. We therefore created a multi-step registration journey: the user fills out a form, then is redirected to the CPF site. Result: ESBanque can easily track and re-engage these leads, and all of this very fluidly.
Furthermore, to maximize lead generation, visitors are invited to fill out a form before being given access to download the training program. Result: ESBanque retrieves key information while offering exclusive content.
We are particularly proud of the result, which combines modernity, performance, and functionality, while optimally meeting the needs of end-users.
